Congratulations to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center for becoming the first such facility in the world to earn a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum certification under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Existing Building Operations and Maintenance rating system.
We are proud to be an ongoing partner in helping the center maintain its status as the world’s greenest convention center, managing the design and construction of such projects as; upgrades to the 10th Street water feature lighting, inspection and upgrades to the natural ventilation system and installation of the center’s 22,000 SF green roof that was created for both sustainability and event space functionality.
