As Director of Marketing and Innovation, Megan Stearman develops marketing strategies to communicate Oxford’s products and services and oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities. She assists with strategic planning for the company’s overall sales and development goals.
Megan has overseen the marketing efforts for multifamily, commercial office, and parking development projects including the company’s current $200 million mixed use development, 3 Crossings, which reconnects the Strip District neighborhood to the natural amenities of a revitalized riverfront and Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Trail network.
Prior to joining Oxford, Megan worked for governmental and community development agencies where she developed and implemented programs and campaigns such as Project Pop Up, Pittsburgh City Living, and Baltimore’s Downtown Area Shuttle.
Megan serves on the board of directors for Strip District Neighbors and Society for Marketing Professional Services. She also serves as a professional mentor with Strong Women Strong Girls.
Megan received her BA in Broadcast Communications from Bethany College and is credentialed as a LEED® Green Associate through the USGBC.
