Robert A. Cicco

As Project Director, Rob Cicco is responsible for managing due diligence review, permitting, civil engineering, cost, and scheduling for Oxford’s Owner’s Representation services.

Rob’s experience includes project development, due diligence investigation, permitting, generation of budgets, scheduling, bidding, and construction enhance his capabilities and insight into the development and construction process.

Rob has served as Director of Permitting and engineering for a national corporation as well as Project Management experience in commercial and residential construction projects.

Rob obtained his Bachelor of Science Business Management from Penn State University.
