Oxford is seeking to fill a full-time maintenance technician position at the UPARC Facility in Harmarville, PA.
Full-time daylight position in a large facility in the Harmarville area of Pittsburgh. The site is managed by Oxford Development Company. All candidates must have a Universal EPA Certification.
Job Duties are to perform all assigned job tasks required to support the maintenance and repair of all facility systems including but not limited to electrical and pneumatic control panels/systems, HVAC systems, hot & cold water systems, water softening and treatment systems, and auxiliary equipment necessary for the continued and uninterrupted operation of the facility.
The position provides inspection services for the general operation of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Knowledge of general building maintenance and the ability to work in occupied tenant spaces in a clean and safe way, as well as communicating with the tenant manager so all assignments are expedited.
3 to 5 years of trade experience, HAC experience, knowledge of HBAC controls, and the skill to troubleshoot common problems are all a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license.
