Porter- Mount Washington

Oxford is seeking to fill a Porter position at The Trimont Condominiums in Pittsburgh’s Mount Washington neighborhood, and you can join Pittsburgh’s largest property management team.

The position is full-time with a minimum of 40 hours per week and is an on-site position.

Major Duties / Scope of Work:

• Complete daily assigned common area and grounds cleaning schedule as provided by maintenance supervisor and property manager
• Complete minor maintenance-related work orders as needed and assigned from time to time (ie; light bulb changes, paint touch-ups, power washing)
• Be on-call for maintenance emergencies from time to time as needed and as scheduled by the property manager
• Assist in package organization and/or deliver with rest of community team when needed
• Provide backup to the loading dock and manage deliveries

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a commercial cleaning, light maintenance, and/or janitorial role
• Experience in the condominium field a plus
• Proof of tenure as a primary cleaner/laborer within an organization
