As Assistant Property Manager, David provides support for Property Managers in their day-to-day oversight of the portfolio. David is responsible for promoting excellent property conditions and maintenance across Oxford’s portfolio by inspecting properties, collaborating with outside contractors and Oxford maintenance engineers to accomplish property improvements, and responding to tenant concerns.
Before joining Oxford in 2022, David held leadership positions in non-profit and higher education sectors for ten years. In his prior roles, David has worked with both individuals and institutions in community development, cultivating community leadership, and enabling people to thrive where they live and work. His work has allowed him to train people and strengthen communities in Nigeria and Germany as well.
David received his B.A. and M.A. from Geneva College.
