As a Project Manager, Greg responsibilities include leading critical day-to-day oversight to his projects, which includes budget and schedule management; the procurement and coordination of project architects, engineers, consultants and contractors; preparing bid documents and administering contracts; and managing the entire process from concept through occupancy. Greg has successfully managed multiple complex healthcare construction projects for a healthcare client based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Prior to joining Oxford, Greg was a Project Executive with DAVIS Construction in Washington, D.C., where he excelled in leading and participating in the project management of multifaceted tenant improvement projects. Some of his project management efforts included spearheading project development; design implementation; construction budget and timeline; coordination with architects and engineers; evaluation of all contract documents to ensure compliance regulations; implementation of the DAVIS Safety Program in compliance with OSHA and all of the DAVIS policies.
Greg completed his undergraduate studies at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Business minor. Greg recently completed his graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh earning a Master of Business Administration.
