As Project Manager, Jim Stark is committed to providing our clients with owner’s representation that considers their projects with the utmost importance from concept through completion. Jim works with our clients to help develop initial construction budgets, realistic schedules, monthly cash flow reports, quality control and assurance, and most importantly, projects delivered on time and on budget.
Jim joined Oxford development in 2015. Since his arrival, he has been assigned to one of our health care clients overseeing the design and construction of a new critical care floor consisting of 48 beds. The development of a program to upgrade the hospital’s MEP infrastructure, including the replacement of critical Air Handling Units, upgrading the fire alarm system campus-wide, the replacement of plumbing systems within patient care areas and the modernization of the elevators.
Jim has previous experience serving clients in the higher education, laboratory, student housing at West Virginia University, retail, commercial office, and health care markets. Past projects include The University of Pittsburgh Bio-Science Tower renovation projects, Duquesne University, Fischer Scientific Building, adding classrooms and relocating the Medical Science Department as well as renovations to the school of Pharmacy
Jim has a degree in construction estimating, and over thirty years of practical hands-on experience in commercial and health care construction.
