As Project Manager Josh Loccisano is committed to leading project teams in the development and construction of commercial real estate while maintaining dedication to Oxford’s mission and the mission of our clients.
Josh joined the company in January 2020 and is responsible for project budgeting, design development and management, site due diligence, scheduling, value analysis, subcontractor, vendor and consultant procurement, and daily construction oversight. In this position, he is responsible for the management of development and construction activities for a mix of different product types including residential, tenant fit outs, medical office buildings, and land development.
Previously, Josh spent 9 years in Washington DC, working as Senior Project Manager with one of the nation’s top general contractors. In this position, oversaw project management staff and supervised all activities related to contract administration, including, shop drawing reviews, submittals, procurement, payment requisition and schedule as well as monitored and supervised on-site construction engineering and administration activities. He was the liaison with the client ensuring all project administration activities comply with company and client’s requirements through interpretation of design and application of construction methods.
Josh has led the construction efforts and been a part of delivering over 1,000 residential units totaling more than $250 million including The George Washington University medical laboratory, dormitory, renovations and historic restoration.
Josh obtained his Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of technology, his Master’s in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University and is a LEED® AP BD+C Accredited Professional.
