As Project Director, Josh is responsible for the oversight of construction phase project management execution for internal and third-party projects, including first- and second-generation tenant improvement work.
Josh joined the company in January 2020 as Project Manager and was responsible for project budgeting, design development and management, site due diligence, scheduling, value analysis, subcontractor, vendor and consultant procurement, and daily construction oversight. In this position, he is responsible for the management of development and construction activities for a mix of different product types including residential, tenant fit outs, medical office buildings, and land development.
Josh spent 9 years in Washington DC as Senior Project Manager leading and contributing to the construction efforts for private, institutional, and government clients and delivering over 1,000 residential units totaling more than $300 million. In this position, Josh provided oversite to the project management staff, supervised all activities related to contract administration, shop drawing reviews, submittals, procurement, payment requisition, and scheduled, monitored, and supervised on-site construction engineering and administration activities.
Josh obtained his Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of technology, his Master’s in Real Estate Development and Finance from Georgetown University and is a LEED® AP BD+C Accredited Professional.
