As Property Manager, Matthew is responsible for the day-to-day operations at 411 Seventh Avenue and 412 Boulevard of the Allies. Matthew started his career with Oxford in 2012 at the mixed-use Monroeville portfolio before moving to One Oxford Centre as Assistant Property Manager.
After the sale of One Oxford in 2016, Matthew remained at the building as Property Manager with the new ownership group, Shorenstein Real Estate. In this position, he was responsible for all aspects of Property Management including property oversight, day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, project management, financial reporting, maintaining expense controls, and maintenance supervision.
Matthew is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh Greensburg campus with a B.S. in Social Sciences (Economics).
