As Senior Financial Analyst, Sarah Shaikh is responsible for the evaluation of Oxford’s investment opportunities, which includes preparing market studies, income projections, and investment return analyses. She is able to do this by developing complex financial models specifically designed to perform a wide range of investment analyses. Sarah also plays an integral role in investor communications, which requires her to prepare quarterly financial performance reports and calculate distributions. She was an integral part in creating Oxford Development Company’s Investor Portal, an online portal that organizes and stores pertinent investor-specific account information and communications.
Sarah joined Oxford Development Company in late 2014. Prior to joining Oxford, she studied at the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her MBA in Finance, as well as, two Bachelor’s degrees in Actuarial Mathematics and Economics. As a student at the University of Pittsburgh, she became a member of the University’s Actuarial Club and earned the recognition of her peers as being among the top financial students of the graduating class.
