Alan Eichman

Alan serves as General Accountant, supporting the company’s financial operations through accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and consistent accounting practices across the portfolio. His work helps ensure the reliability of financial information used throughout the organization.

Since joining the company in October 2025, Alan has worked closely with property management and accounting teams to support financial operations and reporting for a diverse portfolio of residential, office, and mixed-use properties. He is focused on maintaining financial accuracy, consistency, and effective collaboration across departments.

Alan is a graduate of Arizona State University.
