Tony provides facilities, property, and construction management services for Oxford’s South Hills portfolio, which includes more than 856,000 square feet of retail space and 633,000 square feet of office space.
He is responsible for all aspects of property management, including day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, property inspections, expense control, and maintenance supervision. Tony plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and the long-term performance of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Oxford in 2019, Tony gained extensive experience in commercial real estate through roles with PNC Realty Services and Oakland Real Estate, where he developed a strong background in property operations, facilities oversight, and asset management.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Point Park University.
