Tony Piccini

Tony provides facility, property and construction management services to Oxford’s South Hills portfolio. including over 856,000 square feet of retail space and 633,000 square feet of office space.

Tony is responsible for all aspects of property management including the day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, property inspections, maintaining expense controls and maintenance supervision.

Prior to joining Oxford in 2019, Tony has years of experience in commercial real estate working with PNC Realty Services and Oakland Real Estate.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Point Park University.
