Cari Hopkins

Cari is responsible for CAM, insurance, real estate tax reconciliations, budget preparation, invoicing and collection of rent, utilities, and back charges to tenants, and entering accounts payable invoices.

Cari has a degree in hospitality management and was a general manager of a hotel until joining a roofing company in their accounting department handling accounts receivable. She then became a general accountant where she was responsible for financials, accounts payable, and payroll for 6 subsidiary companies. After being with that company for 20 years, Cari brought her background in both hospitality and accounting to Oxford in 2022.
