Darlene oversees all aspects of operations for multiple Oxford managed properties. Her responsibilities include comprehensive property oversight, day-to-day operational management, tenant relations, lease administration, contractor oversight, risk management, and the preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.
Darlene brings more than 40 years of experience in property management, facilities operations, financial oversight, and large-scale portfolio leadership. She joined Oxford Development Company in 2025, bringing deep expertise in complex real estate operations and team leadership.
Prior to joining Oxford, Darlene spent nearly two decades with PNC Financial Services, where she most recently served as Senior Group Regional Manager – Corporate. In this role, she led a team of direct reports and professional staff responsible for financial operations, capital planning, risk management, major renovations, and ADA compliance across a large corporate real estate portfolio. She also oversaw enterprise-wide initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and directed programs involving work order systems, disaster recovery, and facility operations across owned and leased assets.
Her earlier roles at PNC included Group Regional Manager, Regional Manager, and Senior Property Manager, where she managed millions of square feet of office and retail space, supervised property management teams, directed maintenance and engineering staff, and led budgeting, vendor management, construction oversight, and operational performance initiatives. Throughout her tenure, she was responsible for large-scale portfolios across Pennsylvania and Ohio, including office buildings and retail branch networks.
Darlene began her career in property management with Oxford in 1984, where she held progressive roles including Office Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Senior Property Manager over more than two decades. During this time, she gained extensive experience in building operations, maintenance supervision, budgeting, tenant services, and construction/project management.
She also attended Bradford Business School, earning an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
