Dave is responsible for the oversight and supervision of five property managers and the overall financial and physical performance of Oxford’s managed properties. He provides leadership and strategic direction to property management teams, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the achievement of financial objectives across a diverse portfolio of commercial, medical, retail, industrial, and residential properties.
His responsibilities include directing and monitoring day-to-day property operations, operating and capital budget preparation, expense control, financial reporting, lease administration, tenant relations, property inspections, supervision of maintenance and administrative staff, vendor management, risk management, and oversight of tenant improvement and capital projects. Dave works closely with property management teams to ensure operational excellence, financial stability, and superior service across the portfolio.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Dave serves as Property Manager for the Butler VA Health Care Center, a 218,176-square-foot medical facility providing more than 20 healthcare services to veterans. In this role, he oversees all aspects of facility operations, including compliance with Joint Commission standards, financial reporting, budget administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day property management.
Dave began his career with Oxford Development Company in 1988 and brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial, medical, retail, industrial, and residential property management. Throughout his tenure, he has managed a diverse portfolio of properties, including the UPMC Sports Complex, a 190,000-square-foot mixed-use campus serving the Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh football programs; Oxford’s Monroeville Campus, consisting of approximately 600,000 square feet of office, retail, and distribution facilities; and Racquet Club Apartments, a 204-unit residential community.
Dave holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations and is a licensed City of Pittsburgh Stationary Engineer. His extensive industry experience and leadership have made him a valuable resource in the successful management and operation of Oxford’s diverse property portfolio.
