Frank DeClair

Frank serves as Property Manager for the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Pittsburgh, overseeing facility and property management services for 178,000 square feet of multiuse space and 104 acres of indoor and outdoor facilities.

His responsibilities include daily operations, budget preparation, expense control, planning and reporting, property inspections, tenant relations, and oversight of maintenance staff and third-party vendors.

Frank joined Oxford in February 2026 following a 24-year career with Renewal, Inc.
