Jennifer manages the day-to-day activities of the brokerage department and works closely with the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and executive brokers to support leasing operations across Oxford Realty Services, Inc.
Her responsibilities include drafting, processing, and distributing leases and amendments for Oxford-owned, managed, and third-party client properties, as well as preparing lease abstracts and overseeing departmental commission billing.
Jennifer also manages marketing initiatives, including the development of flyers and offering memorandums. She is responsible for the initial preparation of proposals and comparative market analyses, while also overseeing corporate website updates, property signage, department budgets, and retail leasing reports.
Since joining Oxford in 1999, Jennifer has become an integral member of the brokerage department and has strengthened her leadership skills through supervising and supporting the company’s leasing operations.
