Assistant Vice President, Property Management

As Assistant Vice President, Katie has been responsible for all aspects of property management including property oversight such as new construction turnover, day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, maintaining expense controls, and maintenance supervision.

Katie has direct responsibility for a portfolio of nearly 1 million square feet, including the entire 3 Crossings development which consists of 470,000 square feet of office space, a 587-car parking facility, and 13,000 square feet of retail space. Katie also has experience in managing a medical office, research laboratories, government properties, apartment buildings and parking facilities.

Katie joined Oxford in 2001 following an internship with the Property Management Department. During her tenure, she has been involved in the property management of several downtown Pittsburgh’s high-rise office buildings such as The Grant Building and The Regional Enterprise Tower as well as suburban office and retail properties.

Katie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, Katie holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License, a Real Property Administrator designation from Building Owners & Managers Institute, and LEED Green Associate credentials from the United States Green Building Council.
