Katie is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s property management department, including new construction turnover, day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, expense control, and maintenance supervision. In this leadership role, she also manages and provides oversight to other property managers within her portfolio, supporting consistent operational standards, performance management, and service delivery across multiple assets.
Katie has direct responsibility for a portfolio totaling nearly one million square feet. Her portfolio includes the entire 3 Crossings development, consisting of approximately 640,000 square feet of office space, a 587-space parking facility, and 28,000 square feet of retail space. She also has extensive experience managing a diverse range of property types, including medical office buildings, research laboratories, government facilities, apartment communities, and parking structures.
Katie joined Oxford in 2001 following an internship with the Property Management Department. Throughout her career, she has managed a variety of prominent properties, including several of downtown Pittsburgh’s landmark office buildings such as the Grant Building and Regional Enterprise Tower, as well as numerous suburban office and retail properties.
With more than two decades of property management experience, Katie has developed expertise in operations management, budgeting, sustainability initiatives, tenant engagement, team leadership, and asset performance. Her leadership and attention to detail help ensure the successful operation and long-term value of Oxford’s managed properties.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the Pennsylvania State University. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation, a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License, the GPRO Operations & Maintenance credential, and the LEED® Green Associate designation through the U.S. Green Building Council.
