Property Manager

As Property Manager, Ms. Campitell is responsible for all aspects of property management including property oversight for Oxford’s Johnstown, Altoona, and surrounding area properties. Her duties include day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, property inspections, maintaining expense controls, and maintenance supervision.

Ms. Campitell joined Oxford Development Company in 2015 and provides facility, property, and construction management services to Oxford’s Johnstown, Altoona, Ligonier, Latrobe, and surrounding properties in Pennsylvania, in addition to the Pittsburgh Jewish Community Center’s 200-acre summer camp located in Morgantown, WV.  In total, Ms. Campitell has direct responsibility for a portfolio spanning central Pa and northern WV, consisting of approximately 700,000 square feet.

Ms. Campitell has 30 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate. Before joining Oxford, Ms. Campitell’s overall real estate experience includes design development, estimating, construction, project and general management with global engineering firm CH2M Hill, and other national and international project management firms.

Ms. Campitell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida. She also obtained dual Associates of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering Technology and Building Energy Systems Technology from the Pennsylvania State University. During her tenure with Oxford, Ms. Campitell has earned her LEED® Green Associate certification, as administered through the U.S. Green Building Council.
