Kelly serves as Assistant Property Manager supporting Oxford’s approximately $600 million 3 Crossings development, where she oversees daily operations, tenant relations, and asset performance across eight mixed-use properties and two parking garages serving 29 tenants. Her responsibilities include lease administration, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, capital planning support, and delivering a high-quality experience for tenants, visitors, and the surrounding community.
Kelly plays an active role in maintaining operational excellence on Oxford’s third-party accounts focusing on proactive communication, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement within one of Pittsburgh’s premier innovation districts.
Prior to joining Oxford in 2025, Kelly built experience across property management, business development, logistics, and account management roles with Shadyside Enterprises, ARL Logistics, Guest Booker, and Aramark Uniform Services. Her diverse background strengthens her ability to deliver responsive service and cultivate strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
