Michelle provides facility and property management services across Oxford’s portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. She is responsible for all aspects of property operations, including day-to-day management, tenant relations, property inspections, lease administration, supervision of third-party contractors, mobile maintenance oversight, administrative functions, and budget preparation.
She supports Oxford’s Monroeville portfolio, which includes approximately 600,000 square feet of mixed-use space consisting of office, retail shopping centers, and distribution facilities for CVS Health.
Michelle joined Oxford in 1997 and brings extensive experience in retail, commercial, and institutional property management. Her background includes day-to-day oversight of retail shopping centers, event coordination for community programming at Caste Village Shoppes, and management of commercial and medical facilities owned by UPMC, including Western Psychiatric Hospital, as well as multiple locations affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh.
Her broad experience across diverse asset types supports strong operational performance, tenant engagement, and consistent service delivery across Oxford’s managed portfolio.
