As General Accountant, Ray oversees all aspects of monthly and annual financial reporting for Oxford’s properties, including commercial and residential units. He actively participates in the annual audit and budgeting processes, contributing to the organization’s financial planning and evaluation.
Ray joined the company in 2007 as the Accounts Receivable Manager, where he was responsible for processing and depositing checks for properties, tenants, and residents. He also managed and maintained the ledgers for tenants and residents, ensuring accurate and organized records.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Business Management from Saint Vincent College, providing him with a solid academic foundation in the field of accounting.
