Ryan Costantini

As Property Manager, Ryan is committed to maintaining the overall success of Helm on the Allegheny. He is responsible for creating and renewing lease agreements, addressing resident complaints, inspecting vacated units, contracting, and supervising maintenance repairs.

Ryan joined Oxford in 2023 as Leasing Manager. His previous experience includes property management in the short-term rental industry in Florida providing guest relations, property inspections, contractor relations, and scheduling.
