Scott oversees financial reporting for Oxford Development Company’s properties and operations, as well as third-party financial reporting. He is responsible for coordinating the annual audit process and tax reporting functions while managing the daily activities of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Accounting, and Cash Management departments.
Since joining the company in 2018, Scott has brought valuable financial reporting and regulatory experience from his previous role at Riverview Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for FFIEC Call Reporting and assisted with SEC reporting obligations. He also supported the organization through two bank acquisitions.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and later received his Master of Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University Godbold School of Business.
