Oxford Achieves Sustainable Pittsburgh Workplace Gold Designation and Well Health-Safety for 3 Crossings

We are proud to announce that we have earned the Gold designation as a Sustainable Pittsburgh Workplace. This designation highlights our commitment to managing the environmental, social, and governance impacts of our operations as central to our strategy for success.

This program has helped us document our successes as well as provides a framework for the future. We’ve earned points for our civic engagement, accommodation of our employee policies, and the sustainable construction and management of our offices. We have done well to set frameworks in place for us to evolve our ESG initiatives, ensuring that they are incorporated into our daily work.

An element that supports this designation but is important enough to stand out on its own merit is the recertification of our 3 Crossings campus with the WELL Health-Safety rating. This rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement, and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future.  Meaning that all buildings on the 3 Crossings campus are safe and healthy for all occupants. Buildings you can breathe easy in, no matter if you’re a tenant, visitor, or building caretaker!!

These designations are not the end of our work. We will continue to investigate ways in which Oxford can perform better for our employees, our clients, and our world.

Stay tuned for the next iteration of our Corporate Responsibility report that will highlight in detail our successes from last year and our plans for the future.
