Yesterday the Pittsburgh Business Times hosted their 53rd Corridors of Opportunity event with a focus on the Strip District at the Heinz History Center.
The conversation covered many aspects of development in the neighborhood including new office users, residents, parking, and transportation. All of the panelists agreed that the current business environment in Pittsburgh is the draw for national investment and that the special authentic nature of the Strip needs to be retained as it captivates new businesses and residents. – Photos of the event.
Mike Daniels of Oxford Realty Services served on a panel along with Dan McCaffery of McCaffery Interests, and Chris Dirr of The NRP Group to discuss the current growth and future of the Strip District. All three entities have current residential and commercial developments underway.
