Byron Davenport

As General Manager, Mr. Davenport is responsible for daily operations of Fifth Avenue Place and Penn Avenue Place supervising the administration staff and 10 building engineers.

Mr. Davenport’s duties include reporting to ownership representatives, preparing annual capital budgets, prepare RFP’s and soliciting bids, oversee subcontractors, monitor and schedule facility testing, approve payroll for administrative and engineering staff, purchase order approval and invoicing, and producing monthly operation and variance reports.

Mr. Davenport attended Temple University and completed RPA courses through BOMA.
