The first Hyatt House in the City of Pittsburgh has opened its doors.

The Hyatt House South Side features 136 residentially-inspired guest rooms with kitchen suites, free Wi-Fi access, 24-hour workout room, and a pet-friendly policy.

The project was completed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Concord Hospitality, and Oxford Development Company. The five-story, 120,000-square-foot building is located at 2795 S. Water St. in the Greater Downtown submarket of Allegheny County.
