Oxford is seeking to fill a full-time Boiler Operator position at a Harmarville area property, and you can join one of Pittsburgh’s largest property management teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The boiler operator will perform and address all operational, adjustment, monitoring, and repair responsibilities associated with four gas-fired boilers, the distilled water system, compressed air system, condensate return system, cooling tower/pond system, and pond water pumping system. Will also assist staff in maintaining an inventory of working stock and tools.
Site familiarity with system operations is crucial to this position.
Shift work is required, according to 24/7 boiler operation. Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
N.I.U.P.L.E. is required for the position.
