Oxford Development Company seeks a full-time project manager for commercial development projects and healthcare projects in the Pittsburgh area. Responsibilities for these positions include management of site due diligence, design, and construction activities including managing project cost, schedule, and quality controls and facilitating communication between project team members.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in either healthcare or commercial development construction projects required. An engineering degree and knowledge and familiarity with E-Builder are preferred, but not required. The successful candidate must possess strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills, and have the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments while executing numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.
