Ali Ilse

As Property Manager, Ali provides facility and property management support for the Chamber of Commerce Building, located at 411 Seventh Ave, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, Neighborhood Resilience Project, and Boggs Building in the North Shore, which consists of over 500,000 square feet of office space and over 35,000 square feet of retail space.

Since joining Oxford in 2019, Ali does the day-to-day aspects of property management including property oversight, new construction turnover, managing lease agreements, property inspections, maintenance and repair supervision, and tenant relations.

Ali is a graduate of Seton Hill University with a master’s in business administration and specialized in Management.
