Ali Nicholas-Ilse

As Property Manager, Ali provides facility and property management support for the 3 Crossings development, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, Neighborhood Resilience Project, and Boggs Building in the North Shore, which consists of over 1 million square feet of office space, 32,000 square feet of retail space, and two multi-modal parking garages with 1,190 parking spaces total. Since joining Oxford in 2019, Ali has done the day-to-day aspects of property management including property oversight, new construction turnover, managing lease agreements, property inspections, maintenance and repair supervision, and tenant relations.

Ali is a graduate of Seton Hill University with a Master’s in Business Administration and specialized in Management.
