As Property Manager, Anthony Piccini provides facility, property and construction management services to Oxford’s South Hills portfolio including over 856,000 square feet of retail space and 633,000 square feet of office space. He has direct responsibility for Caste Village, a 220,000 square foot retail and office center.
Anthony is responsible for all aspects of property management including the day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, property inspections, maintaining expense controls and maintenance supervision.
Anthony joined Oxford Development Company in 2019 and has 14 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Oxford, he has served in roles of increasing responsibility with PNC Realty Services and Oakland Real Estate.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Point Park University.
