As Assistant Property Manager, Ashley provides facility and property management services to all of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Pittsburgh, which total 178,000 sq. ft. of multiuse space and 104 acres of indoor/outdoor spaces. Her responsibilities consists of day-to-day operations, maintaining expense controls, budget preparations, planning and reporting, property inspections, tenant relations, supervision of maintenance staff, and third party vendors.
Ashley joined Oxford in 2013. Prior to her current assignments, Ashley was assisting at several other Oxford managed properties handling day-to-day operations for both office building and retail spaces.
During her tenure with Oxford, she has earned her LEED® Green Associate through the U.S. Green Building Council.
