Brendan provides on-site construction management services for a large institutional healthcare client, supporting the coordination and execution of complex construction initiatives. His responsibilities include financial oversight, schedule management, reporting, workflow coordination, and site oversight, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully through proactive planning and detailed project tracking.
Since joining the company in 2023, Brendan has brought more than 14 years of construction management experience. Prior to Oxford, he served as a Senior Facilities Engineer with Noven Pharmaceuticals and previously worked for Highwoods Properties as a Construction Project Manager overseeing capital improvements and building modernizations.
Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies.
