Byron Davenport

As General Manager of Parking, Byron is responsible for the overall management, customer experience and financial obligations of all parking facilities owned or operated by Oxford Development.

Byron’s duties include reporting to ownership representatives, preparing annual capital budgets, preparing RFPs and soliciting bids, overseeing subcontractors, monitoring and scheduling facility testing, approving payroll for administrative and engineering staff, purchasing order approval and invoicing, and producing monthly operation and variance reports.

Byron attended Temple University and completed RPA courses through BOMA.
