Darlene oversees all aspects of operations for multiple Oxford-managed properties, including Second Avenue Commons (700 Second Avenue), Veterans Place (945 Washington Boulevard), 412 Boulevard of the Allies, and The Junction (5241 Liberty Avenue). Her responsibilities include comprehensive property oversight, day-to-day operational management, and tenant relations.
She also leads property inspections, lease administration, contractor oversight, risk management, and the preparation of both operating and capital budgets.
Darlene began her career with Oxford in 1987, where she managed several high-rise facilities in downtown Pittsburgh. In 1997, she joined PNC Bank and advanced through a series of leadership roles, ultimately serving as Senior Group Regional Manager. Now returning to Oxford, she brings more than two decades of experience in leadership, risk management, and property management, strengthening Oxford’s commitment to excellence across its portfolio.
