Dawn oversees and optimizes human resources operations, supporting strategic HR initiatives while fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and performance across the organization.
Working closely with leadership, she manages payroll and benefits administration for union and non-union employees, oversees compliance with labor laws and HR regulations, and supports employee relations, audits, and reporting. Dawn also leads onboarding and orientation programs, administers employee leave and union employment contracts, and serves as Wellness and Employee Engagement Chair.
In addition, she collaborates with benefits brokers and retirement plan administrators to maintain competitive employee benefit offerings while serving as a key resource for payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR-related inquiries.
Dawn joined Oxford in 2001 and has held the positions of Payroll Clerk and Payroll and Benefit Administrator.
