Denise Diulus

As Administrative Assistant at The Hub and Fifth Avenue Place Garage, Denise Diulus is responsible for administering the leases and accounts payable/receivable for both garage locations.  She also oversees and troubleshoots the daily activity at her primary location at The Hub.

Denise has been employed by Oxford Development since 1998 and has performed administrative duties in various positions in the company.  Beginning with Central Property Services (1998), Bakewell LP (2012), Oxford Athletic Club (2016), and now her current position at The Hub at Three Crossings since its completion in 2017.
