As Property Management Coordinator, Heather provides facility and property management services to a portfolio of commercial, retail, and hospitality properties in Monroeville, as well as oversight of 64 Dunkin Donuts locations throughout the Pittsburgh region. She has been responsible for all aspects of property management including property oversight, new construction turnover, day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, property inspections, maintaining expense controls, and maintenance supervision.
Heather joined Oxford in 1995, her past responsibilities include the management of a one million square foot Class-A office high-rise, One Oxford Centre, which included interaction with over 30 local and international business tenants, over 20 retail tenants, and oversight of multiple large-scale events including One Oxford Centre’s involvement in Downtown’s Light Up Night and Downtown for the Holidays.
Heather holds a Real Property Administrator designation from Building Owners & Managers Institute.
