Jessica oversees the daily operations of the corporate office, including office administration, vendor coordination, equipment and supply management, and executive support for the Owners, President, and Executive Staff.

In this role, she coordinates company events, employee engagement initiatives, meetings, travel, charitable contributions, and communications with trustees, investors, and clients, including the distribution of quarterly reports.

Jessica joined Oxford Development Company in 2001 as a receptionist and later advanced to an Administrative Assistant role within the accounting department, where she supported financial reporting and accounting operations.

She is a Notary Public and serves on Oxford’s Wellness and Employee Engagement Committee and Asset Management Committee.
