Jessica is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to Harlow’s current tenants and prospective clients. She is responsible for showcasing available units, educating prospects on the property, and serving as a primary point of contact throughout the leasing process. In this role, Jessica continually strengthens her communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills to ensure a positive tenant experience.
Jessica establishes monthly leasing goals informed by historical performance, coordinates property-related maintenance as needed, and conducts inspections associated with the return of lessees’ security deposits.
Jessica joined Oxford in November 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she successfully managed two new lease-up communities in downtown Columbus, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of both office and retail spaces.
