As Property Manager, Mr. Cressler has management responsibilities for all aspects of U-PARC (University of Pittsburgh Applied Research Center), a one-million SF, 85-acre, 50 building high-security campus with office, research, and laboratory space; as well as, Hitachi, a 180,000 SF Research and Engineering facility. Mr. Cressler also oversees the operation of three facilities for the Jewish Community Centers, which include two large fitness centers, and a 110-acre campsite and community pool.
Mr. Cressler has been with Oxford over 25years and has placed him in varying roles of increasing responsibility including General Manager of two Athletic Clubs, located in Monroeville and Wexford, as well as General Manager of One Oxford Centre, a one-million square foot Class A office building in Downtown Pittsburgh.
He has over 30 years of building and grounds experience and has assisted in many large construction projects including a $14 million dollar restoration of the Oxford Athletic Club, a 150,000 square foot world-class sport and fitness facility. He has managed staffs ranging from 50 to 150 employees.
Mr. Cressler is a graduate of the IHRSA Institute of Club Management and has a LEED Associate certification.
