As Director of Parking Operations, John Collins is responsible for the overall management, customer experience and financial obligations of all parking facilities owned or operated by Oxford Development. John joined the company in 2021 and has managed parking services for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, the University of Pittsburgh, One Parking, and Transport U.
John was a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) through the International Parking Institute from 2001 through 2019 and hopes to re-certify as a CAPP in the near future. He has been the Vice President and President of the Pennsylvania Parking Association. John is currently a member of the International Mobility and Parking Institute (IMPI) and the Pennsylvania Parking Association (PPA).
John is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Industrial Management with a minor in Accounting.
