Joseph Mumaugh

Joe is committed to maintaining the overall success of Harlow on Main in Columbus, Ohio. He is responsible for overall management of the facility, creating and renewing lease agreements, addressing resident complaints, inspecting vacated units, contracting, and supervising maintenance repairs.

Joe also tours prospects, manages maintenance and concierge staff and helps residents find their dream home.

Joe joined Oxford in 2025 and has over 16 years of experience with both conventional and affordable housing (L.I.H.T.C.) projects.
