As Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Human Resources, Kathy LaMarca is responsible for the all-encompassing Payroll and Benefit administration for the company. She oversees the payroll department, processes the payroll budgets, manages benefits cost through the annual health insurance renewal process, and is the administrator of the 401K pension plan. Kathy’s responsibilities include all local, state, and federal payroll tax filings, benefit compliance as it relates to annual filings and reporting for The Affordable Care Act. Kathy is also responsible for the Affirmative Action Program and its annual reporting; overseeing the recruitment, orientation, and retention of staff.
Kathy joined Oxford Development Company in 1986 as a staff accountant. She was promoted to her current position in 1988. She is a former member of the UPMC Steering Committee in which she advised on issues of employee health and related topics and currently has an active role in the company’s annual United Way pledge drive, as well the company’s Corporate Wellness and Investment committees.
Kathy graduated from Robert Morris University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
