Assistant Vice President, Property Management

As Assistant Vice President, Katie is responsible for the direct oversight four property managers, four parking garages, and property support staff.

Katie’s duties consist of directing and monitoring the property managers and their day-to-day management of the sites including operating and capital budget preparation, maintaining expense controls, planning and reporting, supervising administrative and maintenance staff, lease administration, tenant relations, property inspections, supervision of third-party vendors, assistance in tenant improvement and capital projects, risk management and general accounting including financial statement preparation.

Her direct responsibility includes a portfolio of nearly 1 million square feet, including the entire 3 Crossings development which consists of 640,000 square feet of office space, 2 parking garages consisting of 1,200 parking spaces, and 28,000 square feet of retail space.  She also has experience in managing a medical office, research laboratories, government properties, apartment buildings and parking facilities.

Katie joined Oxford in 2001 following an internship with the Property Management Department. During her tenure, she has been involved in the property management of several downtown Pittsburgh’s high-rise office buildings such as The Grant Building and The Regional Enterprise Tower as well as suburban office and retail properties.

Katie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, Katie holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License, a Real Property Administrator designation from Building Owners & Managers Institute, and LEED Green Associate credentials from the United States Green Building Council.
