As Property Manager, Kelly is responsible for facility, property and construction management services to Oxford’s Johnstown, Altoona, Ligonier, Latrobe, and surrounding properties in Pennsylvania, in addition to the Pittsburgh Jewish Community Center’s 200-acre summer camp located in Morgantown, WV and UPMC Hillman Cancer center in Johnstown.
Her duties include day-to-day operations, operating and capital budget preparation, tenant relations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, property inspections, maintaining expense controls, and maintenance supervision. In total, Kelly has direct responsibility for a portfolio spanning central PA and northern WV, consisting of approximately 700,000 square feet.
Kelly has 30 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate. Before joining Oxford, her overall real estate experience includes design development, estimating, construction, project and general management with global engineering firm CH2M Hill, and other national and international project management firms.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida. She also obtained dual Associates of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering Technology and Building Energy Systems Technology from the Pennsylvania State University and earned her LEED® Green Associate through the U.S. Green Building Council.
