Kinsey is committed to the successful execution of Oxford’s development projects, providing civil engineering expertise, supporting ongoing initiatives, and helping advance strategic permitting efforts throughout the City of Pittsburgh.
She is responsible for managing all phases of development and construction, including project budgeting, design development, site due diligence, scheduling, value analysis, procurement of subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, and daily construction oversight. Her experience spans a diverse portfolio of project types, including residential communities, commercial office developments, specialty nonprofit facilities, and land development initiatives.
Kinsey joined Oxford in July 2020 after relocating from Charlotte, North Carolina, where she spent six years working as a civil engineer and project manager specializing in land development. A registered Professional Engineer, she brings extensive experience in the design and execution of multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining Oxford, Kinsey was actively involved with the Urban Land Institute in Charlotte, serving as a board member for both the Women’s Leadership Initiative and the Young Leaders Group.
Kinsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
